Triskadecafest Returns to Lancaster

Triskadecafest is a concert of emerging local musicians held each year on Friday the Thirteenth. This year’s Triskadecafest (trys-ka-decca-fest) will benefit the Lancaster-based charity Music For Everyone and will be held on Friday, August 13, 2010 at Mulberry Art Studios.

Advanced tickets are available at Mulberry Art Studios for $8.00, tickets will be sold for $10.00 at the door. Doors open at 6:13 p.m., the first band takes the stage at 7:00 p.m.

Music For Everyone supplements public school music programs awarding grants to schools and community groups. MFE grants are awarded to support projects or programs that increase access to music for typically underserved populations. Special attention will be given to grant requests that support school music programs and programs that introduce children and youth to music.
